About GreenLeaf Solar GreenLeaf Solar is a Long Island-based residential and commercial solar installer with over a decade of experience helping homeowners and businesses go solar. We're growing fast and looking for motivated, high-energy individuals to join our door-to-door sales team.


The Role As a Door-to-Door Solar Canvasser, your job is simple: knock doors, spark interest, and set in-home solar consultations (demos) for our senior sales team. No closing required โ€” just hustle and people skills.


Compensation We offer a guaranteed base with serious upside for top performers:

  • $500/week base โ€” guaranteed floor, so you're never starting from zero
  • $200 per demo set โ€” earned on every qualified in-home appointment
  • Performance bonuses:
    • 5 demos in a week โ†’ +$200 bonus
    • 10 demos in a week โ†’ +$600 bonus

Easily earn $2,600 per week+ with hard work and determination
