The Role

This role administers, supports, and improves Microsoft 365 productivity services in Lumen's commercial and government tenants, including SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Stream, Forms, Viva, and related collaboration services. The position supports defined projects, resolves end-user and operational issues, and partners with business and technical teams to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable productivity solutions. The role also maintains business solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio, and assists users to integrate those solutions with Microsoft 365 services where appropriate.

This role is designated as a fully remote position within the United States.

The Main Responsibilities
  • Assist in the support of Microsoft 365 productivity services including SharePoint online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Stream, Viva.
  • Assist in support of Power Platform development (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Fabric, Copilot Studio)
  • Assist with development and support projects including AI Tools, CMMC compliance and assessment.
  • Support end user development; teach, train and consult
  • Develop solutions, document and build end user knowledge base content
What We Look For in a Candidate

Required Qualifications:

  • Major/Degree: Computer Science, Engineering, or similar technical degree.
  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform
  • Microsoft 365 products and services: Strong understanding of the various products and services included in Microsoft 365 such as SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams.
  • Power Platform: General knowledge and experience with the Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio. Candidates should be able to design, develop, and maintain solutions using these tools.
  • Collaboration and communication: Candidates should have strong collaboration and communication skills, as they will need to work closely with others to design, develop, and maintain solutions using Microsoft M365 and Power Platform.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PowerShell experience
  • Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert.
  • Working knowledge of software development methodologies, standards, and coding best practices
Compensation
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
