Process Administrator: I (Junior) DISPUTE
Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of a Process Administrator: I (Junior) DISPUTE for a contract position in Columbus, OH. The opportunity will be for four months with a strong chance for a long-term extension.
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- The Temporary Dispute Specialist is responsible for investigating, processing, and resolving customer disputes across multiple transaction types, including debit cards, credit cards, ATM/ITM, and ACH transactions.
- The role involves reviewing transaction details, identifying potential fraud or errors, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely resolution in compliance with banking regulations and policies.
Qualifications:
- Candidates should have prior banking experience, with a strong understanding of dispute handling, transaction processing, and fraud investigation workflows.
