- 4+ years of experience leading engineering or technical teams
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, process automation, quality engineering, network operations, cybersecurity, or related technical disciplines
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple technical projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Experience operating within Agile software development environments
- U.S. Citizenship required
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance Preferred Qualifications
- Active Top Secret Clearance
- Experience supporting cybersecurity, software assurance, vulnerability research, offensive security, or advanced technology development programs
- Experience managing technical product portfolios and software delivery organizations
- Experience leading globally distributed engineering teams
- Familiarity with software debugging, troubleshooting, and developer tooling across Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, and/or iOS environments
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker
- Experience utilizing source control and CI/CD platforms including GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, Bamboo, or similar technologies
- Knowledge of modern software architectures, operating systems, networking, and application security principles
- Exposure to reverse engineering, malware analysis, vulnerability research, mobile platforms, or related advanced technical domains
- Experience serving as the technical and product-facing leader between engineering organizations, customers, and executive stakeholders Work Environment
- Hybrid work environment with onsite presence required approximately 2-3 days per week in the Washington, DC area
- Standard 40+ hour work week with flexibility required to support globally distributed teams
Occasional work outside traditional business hours may be necessary to support international stakeholders and program objectives
