JOB PURPOSE
The Relationship Development Associate is a hands-on role focused on the tactical execution of growth and retention initiatives. This role serves as a direct support engine for the relationship & business unit teams, ensuring the consistent delivery of marketing/sales, prospecting, research, engagement activities and event logistics.
CORE WORK RESPONSIBILITIES
Underwriting & Sales Support
  • Underwriter Sales Empowerment: Act as a tactical partner to the underwriting staff by providing the specific marketing tools and sales materials needed to drive stronger agent relationships.
  • Prospecting & Market Intelligence: Perform deep-dive research and compile prospecting data to assist underwriters in identifying new business opportunities within their specific territories.
  • Actionable Follow-Up Systems: Implement standardized follow-up email templates and manage "action item" workflows to help underwriters maintain high-value touchpoints with their agents.
  • Agent Relationship Events: Handle the coordination and on-site logistics for targeted agent events, creating environments that facilitate connection and community building.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Set up and monitor marketing campaigns at the producer level to increase brand visibility and support acquisition goals.

Relationship & Retention Program Support
  • Program Execution: Assist in the coordination and daily execution of proactive retention and relationship strategies, including personalized engagement campaigns and packaging, shipping, and delivery logistics for marketing materials, gift items, and event-related materials.
  • Value-Driven Connection: Execute the logistics for in-person and virtual events and educational initiatives designed to increase brand advocacy and customer lifetime value.

Data Maintenance
