Stansell Dentistry is seeking a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Patient Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our practice. We are looking for someone passionate about providing exceptional customer service, who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to creating an outstanding patient experience from the moment patients walk through our doors.

Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and check in patients with a warm, professional attitude.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with scheduling appointments.
  • Verify and update patient demographic and insurance information.
  • Confirm appointments and manage the daily schedule.
  • Collect co-payments and patient balances.
  • Present treatment estimates and discuss financial options.
  • Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure efficient patient flow.
  • Maintain accurate patient records in the practice management software.
  • Assist with patient recalls and follow-up communications.
  • Support the office with administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Previous dental or medical front office experience preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
