Job description

Ferrara Law Firm, PLLC is seeking a Closing Paralegal for our Real Estate office in North Charleston, SC. Candidates must have 2-5 years legal experience in real estate. Experience with title review and title document preparation required.

A Paralegal Certificate from an ABA approved program and/or Bachelor's Degree are preferred, but not required. Must be proficient in SoftPro and other title insurance software. Candidates must be professional, motivated, organized and possess exceptional oral and written communication skills.
