Real Estate Pre-Closer

Realty Title has new opportunity for Real Estate Pre-Closer in our Memphis, TN Branch.

Job Description
This position will be responsible for processing files prior to closing, which includes gathering applicable documents and information from the appropriate parties.

Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate will have the following experience and/or attributes:

  • Some familiarity with real estate contracts, mortgage loan instructions, and title opinions;
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work under time constraints;
  • Experience working with real estate closing software (SoftPro preferred);
  • At least one (1) year of real estate closing experience.
