DMC | Dallas, TX | Full-Time



Looking to start a career in business-to-business sales? DMC is growing our Dallas team and is looking for motivated, competitive individuals who enjoy working with people and are ready to develop valuable sales and communication skills.

As a B2B Sales Representative, you'll work directly with small and medium-sized business owners to learn about their telecommunications and connectivity needs, recommend solutions that fit their business, and build lasting professional relationships. This is an entry-level opportunity with paid training, ongoing mentorship, and a clear path for advancement. We believe in promoting from within and developing future leaders from our sales team.

What You'll Do

  • Meet face-to-face with local business owners throughout your assigned territory
  • Learn each customer's telecommunications and business service needs
  • Recommend products and services that best fit each business
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Track activity and work toward individual and team performance goals
  • Participate in daily training, coaching, and professional development

This is an entry-level position, and no previous B2B sales experience is required. We provide hands-on training and ongoing support.
