Job Description

Responsibility:ย 
Build, plan, manage, and implement SharePoint migrations, upgrades and patchesย 
Administration including, but not limited to, analysis, capacity planning, integration and quality assuranceย 
Provide daily production support as neededย 
Design and develop sites in SharePointย 
Perform configuration and development in SharePoint Designer and/or Visual Studio for new enhancements and projectsย 
Conduct unit testing, coordinate user testing and confirm the application meets specificationsย 
Monitor server performanceย 
Create & maintain documentation for SharePoint, server settings, enhancements & fixesย 
Translate business requirements into platform featuresย 
Provide training and other assistance as neededย 
Develop and manage SharePoint concepts and standardsย 
Design and maintain file transfer farms?ย 
Create and maintain governance plan with Service Manager?ย 
Provide operational metrics of the service(s)?ย 
Requirements:ย 
SharePoint 2010 and 2013 administration experience, Office 365 experience a plusย 
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint issues in a production environmentย 
Experience providing root cause analysis to diagnose the causes of an incident, as well as propose and institute practices that will prevent reoccurrence of the incidentย 
Hands on Experience in using web parts, site collections, Office Web Apps, content deployment, InfoPath forms, SharePoint Designer, Business Connectivity Services, managed metadata, site columns, content types, authorizations, workflows, advanced search, master pages, page layouts, content pages, search settings, SharePoint workflows to accomplish business needs.ย 
Knowledge of PowerShell cmdlets for SharePoint 2010/2013ย 
Working knowledge of MS SQL Server 2008/2012, SQL Reporting Services and IISย 
Knowledge of performance tuning SQL and performing backupsย 
Development knowledge: HTML, CSS, XML, XSLT, C#, JavaScript, jQuery, SQL, CAML, CSOM, SharePoint 2013 REST API, SPServices, CAMย 
Understanding of FTP and HTTP(s) protocolsย 
Experience with Box support and development a plusย 
Pluses: UNIX admin experience, Ruby, Java, PHP, Perl and responsive design a plusย 
Excellent written and verbal communicationย 
Experience working in a globally distributed environment
