Key Responsibilities are included but not limited to:

  • Providing SharePoint support to users, including creating and maintaining libraries, lists, forms, apps, pages, and navigation.
  • Implement functional features in the Knowledge Center Portal based on requirements gathered formally and informally through interaction with Program Management Office personnel.
  • Create solutions with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Manage SharePoint permissions via M365 and SharePoint groups.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and provide solutions to SharePoint requests.
  • Design SharePoint site and page templates, layouts, documentation, training documents, presentations and other related material.
  • Perform all types of administrative and development support as applicable to the agency’s SharePoint needs.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot and provide solutions to SharePoint sites. All findings, recommendations and actions shall be reported in the Monthly Status Report.


Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • In-depth knowledge and demonstrated experience with SharePoint Online.
  • Preferred 3-5 years of SharePoint administration and support experience, preferably in the Federal/DoD environment.
  • Preferred Bachelor’s degree in related fields, but not required.
