Currently, we are looking to add a SharePoint Developer to the team:

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Use the full suite of tools available in SharePoint and the Power Platform to optimize and enable business processes such as list and library configuration, Power Automate, JavaScript, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), PowerApps, etc.
  • Develop and maintain customizations and solutions for Microsoft SharePoint and SharePoint Online with a focus on long-term stability and application lifecycle best practices
  • Administer SharePoint Online tenant (cloud) and on premise SharePoint environment
  • Planning and executing migration of data and customizations from legacy version to SharePoint Online
  • Collaborate closely with business users to translate business needs into effective technical solutions, including training users in their use of SharePoint
  • Create training documentation for end users and technical documentation of implementations
  • Collaborate with developers on other teams (ERP, website, data warehouse) as needed to solve complex requirements spanning multiple systems

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required
  • 5+ years of experience administering and developing for SharePoint required
  • Availability for occasional on call and after hours responsibilities 
  • JavaScript experience to the extent necessary for using SPFx required
  • Basic familiarity with Microsoft Azure, task management systems, and migrating from legacy systems into SharePoint Online required
  • Experience with code repository/version control systems, working with complex and precise data, and leading complex customization projects from conception and design through implementation and long-term support required
  • Focus on quality and customer impact, with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving, written communication, and verbal communication skills
