SharePoint Specialist Position Summary

The SharePoint Specialist provides technical support, design and build of TidalHealth’s SharePoint Online and related Microsoft technologies (Apps/Automate/BI/Forms). This role supports end users and business owners by troubleshooting issues, designing and implementing SharePoint solutions, and ensuring effective adoption of collaboration tools. The specialist identifies and executes opportunities to expand the organization’s use of SharePoint, Power Platform, and Office 365 applications, while promoting best practices and change management standards. Additionally, the role contributes to project management, workflow modernization, business intelligence solutions, and other development initiatives aligned with organizational priorities.

SharePoint Specialist Position Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • Microsoft 365 certified: Teamwork Administrator Associate or Expert

Experience

  • Minimum of three (3) years of SharePoint development experience required.
  • Experience in Microsoft Teams, including meetings, user management, file management and integration with SharePoint required.
  • Broad knowledge of Microsoft product architecture, particularly M365 required.
  • Experience in design and development of application front-end and user experience preferred.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of Microsoft SQL Server experience preferred.

SharePoint Specialist Schedule

  • Normal schedule is predominately day shift, Monday-Friday.
  • Frequently required to work beyond normal end of shift.
  • Occasional evening, night or weekend may be required during special projects or circumstances.
  • Available for “on-call” as circumstances dictate.
  • Limited travel may also be required.

SharePoint Specialist Benefits

At TidalHealth, team members working at least 36 hours per pay period based on 12-hour shift schedules or at least 37.5 hours for non 12-hour shift schedules and part-time team members working at least 30 hours or more on weekends only are eligible for benefits.  Benefits include medical, prescription, vision, dental, flexible spending accounts, disability insurance plans, life insurance, paid time off plans, retirement plans, tuition assistance, employee assistance, and access to on-site childcare and a credit union. 

Salary range:$68,057.60-$105,476.80 Commensurate with experience
