Areas of assigned responsibility/Areas of required technical experience are: Coding and Business Process Analysis for Microsoft 365 Teams and Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Platforms
What You'll Do:
Responsibilities of the M365 Teams and SharePoint Specialist include but are not limited to:
  • Assist in moving the Lottery fully to the M365 Teams and SharePoint Online platform and ensure implementation of new functionality.
  • Maintain the infrastructure for M365 Teams and SharePoint Online.
  • Utilize low code/no code to build small applications for M365 Teams and SharePoint Online, and work with the agency's developer team to integrate the small applications into other applications.
  • Perform some business process analysis functions for M365 Teams and SharePoint Online such as working with internal stakeholders to determine and document their business needs, streamlining stakeholder business processes in M365 Teams and SharePoint Online, customizing workflows, collaboration, and document management solution implementations in M365 Teams and SharePoint Online, and assisting in providing M365 Teams and SharePoint Online training to end users.
  • Complete customization tasks for the look and feel of SharePoint Online site collections, sub-sites, and document libraries and Teams sites.
  • Learn the agency's customer relationship management system and utilize the system's low code/no code platform.
  • Perform other duties and work on special projects as directed.

Qualifications
36 months combined work experience in multiple areas of assigned responsibility (e.g., infrastructure, database administration, software development, business process analysis) including 12 months combined work experience as specified by the agency position description & job posting.
-Or completion of undergraduate core program in computer science or information systems; 12 months combined work experience in multiple areas of assigned responsibility (e.g., infrastructure, database administration, software development, business process analysis) as specified by the agency position description & job posting.
-Or equivalent of minimum class qualifications for employment noted above.
