Job description

Job Description:
  • Work Description: SharePoint Technical Analyst understanding, creating and supporting custom workflow and forms solutions built on top of the SharePoint platform using available technologies.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint 2013, Nintex Workflow and Forms, InfoPath 2013, SP Designer 2013. Strong Nintex expertise is a must for this position.

Primary Responsibilities include:
  • Building and supporting Nintex forms/workflow solutions in SharePoint 2013
  • Building and supporting InfoPath form and SharePoint Designer workflow solutions in SharePoint 2013
  • Documentation, testing, development while meeting all associated guidelines and best practices such as Secure Coding, QA, Unit Testing
  • Consulting with end users
  • Requirements gathering
  • Must work well with others in the team

Required Skills and Work Experience:
  • 2+ years experience in building Nintex forms and workflows
  • 2+ years experience in building InfoPath form and SP Designer workflows
  • 3+ years experience building, designing, and configuring SharePoint Team Sites and Record Centers
  • Fundamental skills in HTML, CSS, Javascript and JQuery
  • Very strong English speaking and effective writing skills

Soft Skills and Other requirements:
  • Communication skills, significant exposure directly to customer
  • Process Analysis skills to understand the requirements end-to-end and be able to determine customer needs vs. wants
  • Negotiation skills to be able to present technology limitations and agree with customer on workarounds
  • Coordination, structured, follow-up, speed, multi-tasking
