Responsibilities include - Support and guide customers in their daily use of SharePoint- Work with customers, gather requirements and implement small scale business applications.- Work to resolve any issues with existing applications - Act as a liaison between the customers and the offshore onshore technical team.- Manage day to day activities of support team.- Monitor existing applications and support infrastructure team as and when needed.- Develop and maintain reports.- Create support documentation and reports- Manage and maintain site content and security- Participate in team meetings.- Participate in DR activities, and Patching
Technical 8-10 years of SharePoint Development and Support experience A strong understanding of web applications and related architecture, specifically client side MVC and RESTful services. Experience with HTML, CSS, C, JavaScript frameworks (jQuery, AngularJS, ReactJS, Bootstrap etc.) and PowerShell
