Doing an enterprise SharePoint upgrade from version 2010 to 2016. willing to do a step through upgrade if necessary (migrate from 2010 to 2013 and then from 2013 to 2016) need database migration experience.using metalogix as their migration tool.must have SharePoint 2016 experience to help them understand which items they need to customize vs what they can use "out of the box"
