About the Opportunity 

WinnCompanies is looking for a Transition Coordinator to join our Operations Solutions Team.

In this role, you will help coordinate transition activities from initial onboarding through stabilization by managing documentation, tracking critical milestones, facilitating communication among stakeholders, and executing operational transition tasks. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys project coordination, process management, collaboration, and problem solving in a fast-paced environment. 

The pay range for this position is $23.50 - $28.50 per hour, depending on experience. This position offers a typical business work schedule - Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 5PM EST.

Please note that this is a 100% remote job, and applicants must reside in a state that Winn operates in. Applications will be accepted until September 17th, 2026 at 5:00PM EST.

Responsibilities:  

• Coordinate and execute onboarding and transition activities for new properties and portfolios. 

• Manage transition documentation, tracking tools, dashboards, and operational records. 

• Schedule meetings, document key decisions, distribute meeting summaries, and monitor follow up activities. 

• Track action items, deadlines, and onboarding requirements to help ensure successful and timely transitions. 

• Complete operational onboarding activities, including access requests, setup coordination, vendor onboarding, and department readiness activities. 

• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, housing agencies, vendors, and other stakeholders to support onboarding and transition efforts. 

• Assist with reporting, process improvement initiatives, onboarding resources, and transition playbooks. 

Requirements: 

• High School diploma or GED required. 

• Less than 1 year of relevant work experience. 

• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills. 

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams. 

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across departments. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience in project coordination, operations support, property management, or related field preferred.
