Our client is seeking an Setup Coordinator in Fort Worth, TX. In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for reviewing and completing appeals within the department. The Appeals Setup Coordinator will also handle provider inquiries, ensuring compliance with client policies, industry standards, CMS regulations, state guidelines, and specific client instructions. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to adhering to regulatory and policy guidelines in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Requirements:

  • Must have at least 3 years of Call Center or Customer Service experience
  • Prior experience in a medical setting is a big plus


Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM
