Banquet Setup Coordinator - Overnight Shift


We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Banquet Setup Coordinator to join our hospitality team. This role is essential in ensuring that our events are set up efficiently and to the highest standards, providing a seamless experience for our guests. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in creating impressive event spaces, we encourage you to apply.


Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and decor

- Ensure all setup materials and equipment are organized and ready prior to events

- Collaborate with event planners and catering staff to understand setup requirements and special requests

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the setup area during and after events

- Assist with breakdown and cleanup of banquet spaces following events

- Adhere to safety and sanitation standards at all times

- Work efficiently during overnight hours to meet tight deadlines

- Ability to lift 50lbs.

- Majority of shift is on your feet



Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in event setup, hospitality, or related field preferred

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Physical stamina to lift, move, and arrange heavy furniture and equipment
