Pay:$23–$25/hr + Commission & Bonuses

Position Overview

This is a leadership position for someone who thrives in both operations and sales. You will oversee daily spa operations, support team performance, drive membership sales, improve client retention, and ensure an exceptional guest experience.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader who is comfortable coaching staff, managing performance, and actively contributing to revenue growth.

What You'll Do

Compensation & Benefits
