Position Summary

Seacoast Service Partners is seeking an experienced Service / Operations Manager to help lead the launch and growth of a new Commercial HVAC and Refrigeration operation in the Orlando market.

This role has responsibility for the day-to-day leadership and performance of the location, with a focus on building and scaling the operation from the ground up. The Service / Operations Manager will lead service delivery, financial performance, staffing, customer relationships, and operational infrastructure while establishing a strong foundation for long-term growth.

This is an opportunity for an experienced commercial HVAC or refrigeration leader to build a team, develop a market, and take ownership of the performance and growth of a new operation.

What You'll Do

Help drive financial performance for the Orlando location, including revenue, margin, and cost control

Build, lead, and develop the location's service and operations team

Establish and execute strategies for market growth, including customer acquisition, service-line expansion, and competitive positioning

Oversee technician staffing, workforce planning, and the recruiting pipeline

Build and maintain strong relationships with major commercial accounts and serve as an escalation point for strategic customers

Drive execution of preventive maintenance and emergency response programs across the market

Monitor operational KPIs, including revenue, margin, labor efficiency, callbacks, and customer retention

Build the operational infrastructure needed to support a growing location, including systems, vendor relationships, and facilities

Ensure operations meet company safety standards, EPA regulations, and company policies

Partner with segment and corporate leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and operational planning

Represent the Orlando operation in local industry relationships and business development efforts

Develop a culture of accountability, safety, customer service, and continued growth

Required Qualifications

10+ years of commercial refrigeration or commercial HVAC industry experience

5+ years of experience in a Service Manager, Operations Manager, Branch Manager, or senior operational leadership role

Proven experience with the financial and operational performance of a service business or location

EPA Universal Certification or ability to obtain

Valid driver's license

Strong leadership and team-development skills

Strong financial and operational acumen

Demonstrated business development and customer relationship management skills

Ability to communicate effectively with field teams, customers, and executive leadership

Preferred Qualifications

Experience launching or scaling a new location or market

Experience within a multi-branch or private-equity-backed service organization

ServiceTitan or similar field-service platform experience

Track record of hiring, developing, and retaining service talent
