Job description

Capital Ford of Raleigh is seeking a dynamic and results- driven Business Development Center (BDC) Sales Representative to join our team! In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for many customers - managing leads, building relationships, and turning inquiries into sales opportunities. If you're energized by customer interaction, strong on the phone, and motivated by results, this is a great opportunity to grow in automotive sales. 

What You'll Be Doing

  • Respond quickly to incoming leads via phone, email, and online inquiries
  • Manage and prioritize leads to ensure timely and consistent follow-up
  • Engage customers to understand their needs and vehicle preferences 
  • Provide information on vehicles, services, and current promotions 
  • Highlight key features and value to help move customers through the sales process
  • Schedule appointments and create sales opportunities for the showroom team
  • Collaborate with sales consultants and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience 
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system 
  • Stay informed on inventory, promotions and market trends 
  • Assist with additional duties as needed
