Benchmark Auto Sales is seeking a Hybrid Inventory and Sales Specialist to keep our lot running smoothly while providing top-notch support to our sales team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in organization and presentation, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do:Inventory Management

✅ Conduct daily inventory checks and ensure vehicles are clean, organized, and ready for customers.
✅ Oversee reconditioning activities, including touch-ups, interior detailing, and minor repairs.
✅ Coordinate with vendors and manage parts inventory for smooth vehicle preparation.
✅ Keep the lot looking sharp—arrange vehicles to create an inviting and professional display.
✅ Track vehicles needing photos and ensure they are uploaded promptly.
✅ Monitor and manage vehicle keys to maintain security and accountability.

Sales Support

✅ Assist the sales team during busy hours—greet customers, arrange test drives, and present vehicles.
✅ Help customers find the right car that fits their needs and budget.
✅ Collaborate with the underwriting team to ensure a smooth leasing process.
✅ Work with the BDC team to follow up on appointments and maintain strong customer relationships.
