Job Responsibilities
  • Abilityto effectively manage all areas of the sales department,including but not limited to wholesale, retail, purchasingand marketing.
  • Experiencewith internet and retail tools, IE:V-auto, E-car list
  • Abilityto forecast goals and objectives for vehicle sales, grossand key expenses on a monthly and annual basis.
  • Possessstrong closing abilities and ability to work with lenders.
  • Understandsand keeps abreast of federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Abilityto handle and resolve customer issues or concerns promptlyand professionally.
  • Ensurehigh standards are held for delivery of vehicles to customers.
  • Ensurethat sales representatives understand and follow dealershippolicies at all times.
