Johnson Automotive is now accepting applications for Full-Time Service BDC Representatives. To help keep up with the increasing consumer demands in a fast-paced environment, we are seeking friendly individuals with a strong desire to provide outstanding customer service to our guests! The Service BDC is housed within the corporate offices at Johnson Lexus of Raleigh, on Capital Blvd.

Johnson Automotive, which is one of the fastest growing automotive companies in the Triangle. Johnson Automotive has earned a reputation for outstanding customer service and first-class operations by hiring top performers who are eager to elevate our guests' experiences.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound service calls and email leads;
  • Responsible for tracking, responding to, and managing Internet service leads;
  • Schedules service appointments and liaise with Service Advisors as needed;
  • Maintain and update notes and information in the customer database;
  • Keep abreast of new features and available accessories, communicating their benefits to guests;
  • Direct guests to product information resources;
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction scores;
  • Develop career skills through regular training and instruction;
  • Learn, understand and abide by Federal, State and Local laws;
  • Some light clerical/scanning work;
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of Automotive Service BDC experience required;
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, and Xtime, a plus!;
  • CDK experience (Required)
  • Professional appearance and strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
  • Must be able to multi-task;
  • All offers contingent upon satisfactory completion of E-Verify, Background, Drug, and Motor Vehicle Report testing and reports.
