Automotive Service Advisor Manager | $150K+ OTE

Shop Hours: Mondayโ€“Friday, 7:30 AMโ€“6:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AMโ€“4:00 PM
Base Salary: $80,000โ€“$90,000
Pay Type: Base salary plus commission

Lead a High-Volume Service Team

All Tire & Service is hiring an experienced Service Advisor Manager to lead the front of the house at its Page Ave location.

Youโ€™ll coach advisors, improve customer experience, increase ARO ethically, and create a consistent workflow between the service and technician teams.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Lead a high-volume service drive

  • Five or more years of Service Advisor experience
  • Two or more years of leadership or management experience

  • Organized, process-driven mindset
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

About the Shop

All Tire & Service operates multiple high-volume locations across Staten Island and New Jersey. The Page Ave location has an established customer base and services approximately 850 vehicles per month, including Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles.

The location handles a high volume of inspections and is investing in stronger leadership, advisor performance, customer flow, and operational consistency.

Shop systems include: Tire Shop/Freedom SMS, Steer CRM, AutoOps
