Job description

As an Assistant Service Advisor at Genesis of St. Charles, you will play a vital role in supporting our service advisors to ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience. Your primary duties include calling back customers with updates, moving cars around the service area, and assisting with warranty claims. You will be the right hand to the service advisor, helping with any tasks necessary to improve the workflow and enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
