JOB DUTIES:
- Welcome customers and ensure they receive prompt, courteous and effective service
- Interact with customers via phone or in person to determine service needs and prioritize required services
- Use a consultative approach to educate customers on services and products
- Serve as a liaison between technicians and customers
- Provide administrative support to Service Advisors
- Follow up with all service customers when their assigned advisor is absent
- Continue to train alongside experienced advisors to gain knowledge of skills needed to become a successful advisor
- Complete and maintain all company and dealer training requirements for the advisor position
- Ability to work Saturday
Education and/or Training:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work within a team
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record
