Job description

Position Description: At Buckeye Auto Group, we strive to make every customer a customer for life. Our Ohio dealerships have been proudly serving the Lancaster & Columbus areas for many years. Buckeye Toyota is now hiring a Service Advisor Assistant/Porter role to support our dealership in Lancaster!What We Offer:

Responsibilities:
Park and retrieve vehicles
Safely driving the shuttle vehicle to customers as needed
Help maintain cleanliness of service department
Maintain a friendly and professional rapport with both internal and external customers
Assist service staff/ Manager with various tasks as needed
Help take ownership of the customer’s experience by carrying out additional assignments that
Meet and greet customers upon arrival for check in
Requirements:
Organized and friendly personality
Ability to drive manual vehicles
Time management skills
Clean driving record
Basic computer skills
Customer service skills
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Knowledge of automotive industry preferred but not required
