Position Overview The Junior Service Advisor supports the Service Advisors by assisting with various daily tasks to enhance the productivity and flow of the service lane. This role involves interacting with customers, processing invoices, and managing loaner vehicle agreements among other duties. Key Responsibilities Assist Service Advisors with invoicing repair orders Perform 'Active Deliveries' by reviewing Multi Point Inspections and addressing customer questions Greet customers and handle cashiering duties Manage loaner vehicle agreement write-ups Answer incoming phone calls and schedule appointments Maintain filing and perform other administrative tasks during downtime Engage in cross-training to become familiar with the full Service Advisor role, including customer write-up and maintenance recommendations Job Details Salary: From $18 to $20 an hour Job Type: Full Time (Must be available on weekends) Location: Madison, NJ 07940
