About the Job
We’re seeking a dependable, customer-focused Junior Service Advisor to support our busy service department by coordinating vehicles, updating customers, managing workflow, and maintaining shop organization. It’s a strong entry point into automotive service with great growth potential.


Responsibilities

  • Support Service Advisors by updating customers, managing paperwork, and preparing repair orders
  • Move customer vehicles to and from the service drive and technician bays
  • Maintain cleanliness of service drive, bays, waiting areas, and loaner fleet
  • Shuttle customers to and from the dealership as needed
  • Assist with service scheduling and customer intake
  • Wash and vacuum vehicles post-service when necessary
  • Run local errands for the service department (e.g., picking up parts)
  • Learn dealership systems and processes with the goal of growing into a full Service Advisor role

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Professional, courteous, and team-oriented mindset
  • Dependable, punctual, and organized
  • Basic automotive knowledge preferred but not required
