Assistant Service Advisor Job Responsibilities

  • Assist Service Advisors with daily customer interactions and service coordination
  • Greet customers and help facilitate a smooth check-in and check-out process
  • Communicate with service technicians regarding vehicle status and updates
  • Help schedule appointments and manage service workflow
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in dealership systems
  • Provide support to ensure an efficient and organized service department
  • Deliver excellent customer service at every touchpoint
  • Help manage the fleet of loaner cars
  • Occasional videotaping the walkaround of finished cars

Schedule: M-F 7:30-4:30 or a M-W and F-S 7:30-4:30

Assistant Service Advisor Qualifications
