A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SENIOR ARCHITECT
As a member of the Architecture Division, you are key to our firm's success and growth. Your main responsibilities include the design and production of various architectural construction projects while maintaining regular contact with our clients. You are a success at managing project teams and budgets to ensure the successful completion of projects while satisfying clients' needs for cost-effective and critical design criteria. Due to your exceptional organizational skills, projects are completed by their assigned deadlines and according to plans. In addition, you support business development by strengthening client relationships, participating in pursuit strategy, and contributing to proposals and interviews. You're a great leader and have a keen eye for design, which makes you a great fit for this position!
ABOUT YOU!
  • You'll have earned a Master/BS/BA Architecture degree
  • You'll have 10 + years of progressive work experience
  • You are a Professionally Licensed Architect
  • You demonstrate the ability to lead, coordinate, and communicate with clients and project team members
  • You have experience in business development including building client relationships and participating in project pursuits, proposals, and interviews.
  • You have proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam and other software related to the field of architecture
  • You've produced quality architectural construction documents
  • You have general knowledge of estimating & specification writing
  • You have experience designing a variety of building types
