The Ticket Writer will help advise and answer customer questions to help them make an informed, responsible decision with their sports wagering.
HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY
  • Answer all guests' questions to the best of your knowledge or seek to find out the answer in a timely manner
  • Communicate and promote our menu of sports betting options to guests.
  • Plans, organizes and completes work timely.
  • Takes initiative, shows ownership and goes above and beyond to assist guests with their needs.
  • Accept feedback and coaching from supervisors.

Qualifications
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to do simple math.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to lift, pull or push 25 lbs.
  • Must be able to write for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to twist, bend or reach when needed.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Able to obtain and maintain a Class C gaming license.
  • Adhere to all Risk/Safety policies.
  • Receive and maintain all required certifications.
  • Complete all required company training.
  • Ability to work in a smoking and pet-friendly environment.
  • Must be able to work various hours which include, but are not limited to, nights, weekends, and holidays.
