What You'll Do
We're looking for an RFP Content Lead to join our Workplace Savings and Retirement Solutions team. In this role, you'll lead content strategy and development for RFPs and consultant databases, partnering with Marketing, Product, Distribution, Customer Care, Training, and subject matter experts to ensure high-quality, accurate, and effective content.
  • Manage and maintain content within third-party content management tools, including updates, metadata, and content organization strategies.
  • Use technical expertise, AI, and automation tools to improve content management processes, develop training for proposal writers, and create metrics to monitor adoption, compliance, and efficiency gains.
  • Oversee the collection, organization, and maintenance of information for consultant databases and content platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Review active RFPs to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and alignment with client requirements.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to develop accurate, compelling responses.
  • Contribute to department strategy by identifying trends, recommending process improvements, and enhancing RFP effectiveness to support client retention and business growth.
  • Serve as a resource and mentor for team members, sharing expertise and promoting collaboration and continuous improvement.

Who You Are
  • 8+ years of data management or related experience, or an equivalent combination of work experience, training, military service, or education.
  • Experience developing or managing RFPs, RFIs, or similar client-facing content.
  • Proficiency with content management platforms and tools.
  • Knowledge of retirement plans, investments, plan design, services, regulations, and industry trends.

Salary Range Information
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Salary Range
$84600 - $120650 / year
Time Off Program
Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don't accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.
