Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Workforce Systems Analyst in Scottsdale, AZ.
Key Responsibilities:
* Configure and maintain UKG Pro modules, including Timekeeping and Workforce Management, workflows, business rules, security settings, and system preferences
* Manage system setups, tables, fields, user access, roles, and configuration changes
* Test, deploy, and support system updates, patches, and enhancements
* Administer integrations between UKG Pro and internal and external systems
* Monitor automated data feeds, troubleshoot issues, and ensure ongoing data accuracy
* Partner with IT teams and vendors to design and maintain APIs, SFTP feeds, and middleware connections
* Serve as a primary point of contact for system issues, enhancements, and optimization requests
* Troubleshoot functional and technical problems and coordinate resolution with vendors as needed
* Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve platform utilization
* Maintain system documentation, configuration notes, data flow diagrams, and standard operating procedures
* Partner with HR, Operations, Payroll, IT, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into system solutions
* Support end users through training, documentation, and knowledge sharing
* Build and maintain reports and dashboards using UKG reporting tools or Data Hub
* Provide actionable workforce analytics to business and leadership teams
* Perform other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
* UKG WFM Pro Timekeeping - Techno functional/configuration experience (must have)
* Boomi integration experience
* UKG WFM Pro Scheduling - Techno functional/configuration experience
* UKG WFM Pro Absence Management - Techno functional/configuration experience
* UKG People Assist
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
