Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze workforce data and HR metrics to identify trends and support strategic decision-making.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for workforce insights.
  • Present data findings through clear, actionable reporting and storytelling.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and quality across HR reporting.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to address workforce challenges and reporting needs.
  • Improve HR data systems and reporting processes while mentoring junior analysts.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Five (5) years of experience in an HR Data Analysis, Business Analysis, or a related position.
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analysis, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or a related field.
  • Strong ability to apply statistical models, forecasting techniques, and workforce analytics methodologies
  • Candidates must have a strong analytical mindset with expertise in project management and stakeholder management.
  • Must have strong HR knowledge and be comfortable with HR systems and data.
