S is currently seeking a Production Analyst/Engineer to provide support to the STORM Engineering Directorate at Redstone Arsenal, AL.

Position Description:

The Production Analyst/Engineer will be conducting Production Line Validations, Manufacturing Readiness Assessments, Technical Evaluations, Production Readiness Reviews and Assessments and other technical related issues as required, with a primary focus on Technical Evaluations.   

Responsibilities:

         Responsible for maintaining and cultivating prime contractor/sub-contractor relationships through daily communications, weekly IPT meetings and the timely accomplishment of assignments to ensure IPT and program objectives are achieved and production ramp-up activities are executed, and risks are identified and mitigated. 

         Determine technical feasibility of specific production activities and plans, reviewing and documenting results and supporting leadership briefings.

         Assess realism of production costs and schedules, operating support budgets and impacts of outside influences on production capabilities.

         Conducting Production Line Validations, Manufacturing Readiness Assessments, Technical Evaluations, Production Readiness Reviews and Assessments and other technical related issues as required, with a primary focus on Technical Evaluations.   

Qualifications:

         Mut have an active DoD secret clearance or higher.

         Masters' Degree and 18 years of experience or a Bachelors' Degree and 20 years of experience

         At least 5 years of experience evaluating technical production proposals from DoD industry.

         At least 8 years of experience supporting production activities on a weapon system program or similar system.

         At least 3 years of experience assessing production line capabilities for production rate increases.

         At least 8 years of experience supporting IPTs and briefing leadership on status of issues.

         At least 8 years of experience coordinating with functional areas and contracting personnel for development of production related decisions.
