Job description

It is an exciting time to join Fisher Investments! We are expanding our Generative AI capabilities to support our international growth. We are looking for a Technical Product Analyst who can help us with our AI R&D.

The Opportunity:

The Technical Product Analyst (AI/ML), works in the office and accelerates the research and development of new Artificial Intelligence solutions. You will oversee reporting, budgeting, project management, analysis and administration relating to AI research and development. You will report to the Group Vice President - Technology.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Product Strategy & Market Research
    • Analyze market trends and conduct competitive research for AI products and technologies
    • Support prioritization and roadmap planning for AI R&D initiatives
    • Evaluate latest AI technologies and assess their applicability to current research initiatives
  • AI R&D Program Management
    • Lead and manage AI R&D initiatives from concept through delivery
    • Track project progress and maintain performance metrics and reporting
    • Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement
  • Business & Technical
    • Translate complex AI capabilities into business requirements and product features
    • Define and document requirements, user stories, and process flows
    • Be the bridge between research teams, engineering, and business stakeholders
  • AI Platform & Systems Operations
    • Support deployment, configuration, and management of AI/ML platforms and tools
    • Manage user access, permissions, and platform governance
    • Provide technical support and training to AI teams and our users
    • Support data management and analysis required for AI model development
  • Governance & Collaboration
    • Manage vendor and partner relationships supporting AI initiatives
    • Ensure compliance with ethical AI standards and data privacy regulations
    • Experience with AI/ML concepts, technologies, and development lifecycle
    • Experience managing or supporting AI/ML projects in R&D environments
    • Translate complex technical concepts for non-technical partners
    • Experience with modern AI platforms and development tools

Your Qualifications

  • Experience with AI/ML concepts, technologies, and development lifecycle
  • Experience managing or supporting AI/ML projects in R&D environments

  • Bachelor's Degree or combination of education and experience required

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
  • Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
  • Troubleshoot Complex systems and network issues
  • Hands-on experience with NVIDIA AI-Q frameworks and architectures is a strong plus

Compensation:

  • $120,000 - $170,000 base salary per year in the state of WA. New hires should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experience
  • Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance
