Job Description

Title: Senior Production Analyst
Location: Cary, NC
Duration: 5 Months Contract (Potential to go PERM eventually)
Responsibilities:
Seeking a Senior Product/Systems Analyst to coordinate and lead organizational analysis efforts, identify current capabilities, offer opportunities for improvement and drive measurement, prioritization and implementation of identified opportunities. As the Senior Product Analyst, you will work closely with Product Owners on strategy, how to best deliver product roadmaps and deliver cutting edge technology solutions that improve the mortgage loan process for our customers.
The Senior Product/Systems Analyst will:

  • Leads organizational analysis efforts to identify current capabilities, opportunities for improvement and drives measurement, prioritization and implementation of identified opportunities
  • Interact and coordinate with system developers and business subject matter experts on application changes, development, and deployment
  • Gathers business requirements that effect technology systems, and engage with technology partners to develop solution through technology change process
  • Writes, communicates and vets requirements and user stories with business leaders using different approaches such as use cases, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams and state charts, data dictionaries, class or entity relationship diagrams to ensure complete understanding by business leaders/executives while working with an Agile framework
  • Identifies and manages stakeholders and teams of people across functional areas to implement a project by understanding key stakeholders authority and influence as it pertains to business process
  • Works effectively inside a Scrum or Kanban team
  • Comfortable documenting acceptance criteria
  • Conduct and participate in Scrum ceremonies and retrospectives
  • Create and maintain system and user documentation
  • Coordinate and conduct testing and user training
  • Provide regular verbal and written reports to management
  • Create workflow diagrams and technical documentation
  • Collaborates with Tech Leads and UAT to define when user stories are done
  • Manages stakeholders and teams of people across functional areas to implement a project
  • Coordinates risk assessment and uses risk assessment output to help mitigate risks to project
  • Participates and leads backlog grooming sessions for ongoing roadmap planning
  • Assists the Product Owner in strategy on how best to deliver product roadmap
  • Plan, develop, oversee, execute and certify changes by establishing rigorous test plan through design and implementation phases and tracking test results to ensure changes are complete and accurate to finalized requirements
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned
  • Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values


Qualifications:

  • 4 Year college degree (Bachelor) or equivalent work experience
  • 7+ years of Agile experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong teamwork mentality, including mentorship of junior analysts
  • Highly proficient in the G-Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc)
  • Data analysis experience a plus
  • Knowledge of BI Tools a plus
  • Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence or similar tools required
  • Must be a team player with strong attention to detail, with the ability to work independently
  • Must be able to work across multiple projects at one time, and collaborate with other teams to ensure deliverables are done on time
