Job description

Job Title: Technical Product Analyst

Location: Remote/Atlanta, San Antonio or New York(First week onsite required - Atlanta office, San Antonio office or NY office)

Duration: 10 months + possible extension Contract


Location & Work Arrangement

  • Location: Atlanta, San Antonio or New York
  • Work Model: Completely remote
  • Travel Required: First week onsite required - Atlanta office, San Antonio office or NY office
  • Hours per week: 40


Key Responsibilities:

The current team needs contributors who operate as role makers, not only role takers.

The common gaps documented are around initiative, ownership, communication, proactive problem-solving, and follow-through.

The TPA role requires proactive backlog ownership, PBI creation/refinement, requirements validation, dependency/enabler identification, and clear communication of changes.

Required Skill Set: Technology Product Analyst

Own and maintain product boards and backlogs in partnership with the Technology Product Manager/Product Owner.

Author, refine, prioritize, and maintain Features, PBIs, acceptance criteria, and related product artifacts.

Conduct requirements analysis and validation to ensure requirements are complete, consistent, traceable, feasible, unambiguous, and verifiable.

Elicit and document functional and non-functional requirements through interviews, document analysis, use cases, scenarios, diagramming, and related techniques.

Identify risks, issues, dependencies, enablers, and potential solutions early enough to support sprint and PI execution.

Communicate status, decisions, changes, and impacts clearly to product, engineering, testing, business, and leadership stakeholders.

Use ADO/backlog tools, Microsoft Office, data analysis/reporting, and related product delivery tools effectively.

Operate with strong organization, planning, time management, follow-through, and customer-centered thinking.

Experienced; owns key product components/features, leads product meetings, authors broad PBIs, coordinates UAT, monitors metrics.
