SR. ASSOCIATION MANAGER
GENERAL SUMMARY
Salary Range: $80,000 - $85,000
This individual will be providing support to the PPSWGs Vice President of Finance. This role provides an opportunity to engage with members on a variety of issues, support the cost allocation and invoicing process, manage large data mapping projects, support financial statement presentation, and perform financial data analysis.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Support the annual invoicing process – data acquisition and mapping, coordinating with portal developer/vendor, trouble shooting, working with individual members
  • Develop fee estimates and invoices for new members
  • Participate on calls/respond to emails as needed to answer questions related to invoicing/cost allocation
  • Manage self-reporting/self-reported data
  • Process incoming payments in Salesforce amp; provide necessary reports, as required
  • Coordinate payment processing and posting with Etherio Accounting
  • Track/follow-up with unpaid members
  • Track/follow-up with payment plan members
  • Generate payment plan invoices in Salesforce
  • Revise invoices in Salesforce as needed
  • Prepare monthly cash receipts reconciliations
  • Manage/Support ad hoc invoicing and finance projects
MINIMUM AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written); including ability to present and speak in public
  • Advanced Excel skills, must be confident with a wide variety of functions/formulas for data analysis and transformation
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Exceptional data analysis and analytical skills
  • Extremely organized with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Experience in Salesforce preferred
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to manage multiple projects
  • Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and resourceful under pressure
  • Ability to work both in a team environment and independently
  • Outstanding customer service and ability to work with members in person, on the phone and electronically

WORKPLACE LOCATION REQUIREMENTS

Ability to travel at most 4 times per year.
