Senior Sales Representative

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 (D.O.E.) plus 12% Bonus Potential, and Benefits on day 1

Location: Conway, Arkansas (100% Travel)

Overview: Senior Sales Representative

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Representative in Conway, AR, to work in our Arkansas Aggregate operations. This role involves reporting directly to the Regional VP. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in ensuring safety, quality, and productivity in our current operations, as well as growth in new operations.

Responsibilities: Senior Sales Representative
  • Enhancing financial gains and profitability by managing markets with a disciplined approach.
  • Nurturing and cultivating positive connections with existing clientele.
  • Discovering and pursuing potential prospects for business expansion.
  • Providing efficient and satisfactory solutions to customer grievances.
  • Analyzing market trends and devising plans for optimal market penetration.
  • Creating customized strategies to attract new business opportunities.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure high-quality products and appropriate inventory levels.
  • Supervising the sales process from pricing to contract preparation to payment enforcement.
  • Assessing sales functions and potential for potential business acquisitions.
Requirements: Senior Sales Representative
  • A minimum of 5 years of related sales experience is essential.
  • Prior sales experience in the aggregates, asphalt, construction, or related field is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with the marketing area is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business or Construction Management.
