I'm partnering with a well-backed real estate group to hire a Senior Property Manager to oversee a large, high-profile commercial office environment in Oakland.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys operating in a fast-paced, evolving setting and can take full ownership of day-to-day operations.
What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead daily operations of a large commercial office property
  • Manage vendors, building systems, and site performance
  • Oversee and mentor an on-site team
  • Own budgets, contracts, and financials
  • Partner with leadership on operational improvements and strategy
What We're Looking For
10+ years commercial property management experience (no residential)
✔ Experience with Class A office or large-scale properties

✔ Proven team leadership experience
CA Real Estate License required
