JOB SUMMARY: As a Project Manager for Airtech Innovations, you will assist in the planning, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
This role is ideal for individuals looking to grow their project management skills in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES amp; RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
  • Project Coordination- Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior project managers and stakeholders.
  • Task Management- Track and monitor project tasks, deadlines, and milestones, ensuring timely completion and reporting progress to senior management.
  • Documentation- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including meeting notes, schedules, and status reports.
  • Team Support- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and coordination across departments.
  • Issue Resolution- Identify potential risks or roadblocks and work with the team to develop solutions.
  • Stakeholder Communication- Support in preparing presentations and updates for stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Process Improvement- Suggest and implement process enhancements to improve project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities.
TRAVEL DEMANDS:
  • Occasional travel (up to 10%) to vendor locations, shipping hubs, or project sites may be required.
QUALIFICATIONS amp; REQUIREMENTS:
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Teams, Sales Force).
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., CAPM, PMP) is a plus.
  • Experience in a specific industry (e.g., manufacturing, sales) relevant to the organizationโ€™s projects.
EDUCATION amp; EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-2 years of experience in a project coordination or support role.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
  • Office environment located within a large manufacturing facility.
  • Frequent interaction with engineering, procurement, and warehouse teams.
  • Exposure to moderate noise levels and seasonal temperature variations in warehouse areas.
