Job description

You will be the Program Planner, Senior for the Integrated Program Planning team. Our team is responsible for developing and maintaining program schedules and plans, driving program execution, and serving as trusted partners and strategic advisors for internal and external customers.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Program Planner, Senior, you will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of program schedules and plans, analyzing complex data, and building effective relationships to drive program execution. You will be a key contributor to the Integrated Program Planning team, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for new or existing development/production/sustainment programs
Tracking progress of program activities against baseline internal plans and ensuring schedule margin to contract dates
Performing probabilistic/deterministic risk analysis, identifying critical/driving paths, and developing solutions for resolutions
Supporting and participating in negotiations with customer and internal stakeholders
Developing proposal submittal and execution schedules, and assessing progress against established plans and parameters
Recommending corrective action measures, such as schedule revisions, fund allocations, and work requirements
Maintaining cost and schedule integration throughout the program lifecycle
Implementing and monitoring Earned Value Management Systems on programs
