Responsible for directing the planning function across allocated projects and tenders, ensuring schedules are effectively developed, monitored and delivered. Supports project management to achieve timely and profitable outcomes, overseeing planning for medium to high complexity projects, portfolios or major project sections.
You'll be responsible for:

  • Managing safe, highquality and compliant project delivery, promoting wellbeing, inclusion and strong HSE standards.
  • Driving performance across key assignments, ensuring effective planning, scheduling and monitoring aligned with business objectives.
  • Supporting strategic development, governance and responsible decisionmaking across functions and business units.
  • Fostering collaboration, knowledgesharing and strong stakeholder relationships to enable people and projects to excel.
  • Managing effective planning, scheduling and project controls, applying recognised methodologies and tools.
  • Providing clear analysis, advice and corrective actions to stakeholders and clients.
  • Managing and developing a highperforming planning team, influencing client decisions and outcomes.
  • Delivering project requirements while supporting netzero ambitions and proactive carbon management.

You'll need to have:

  • Professional membership (APM, RICS, CIOB, ICE or equivalent) with strong continuous development.
  • Extensive planning experience across complex property or infrastructure programmes.
  • Strong commercial, financial and stakeholder management capability.
  • Proven leadership of large, diverse teams with awareness of carbon and sustainability impacts.

The estimated salary for this position is $130,000. Starting salary may vary based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, skills and qualifications.
