You'll be the driving force behind innovative logistics solutions, partnering across engineering and operations teams to expand network coverage and optimize delivery performance. Your expertise will directly impact how quickly and efficiently we serve customers, pushing the boundaries of what's possible in rapid logistics.
Key job responsibilities
- Manage high-visibility automation programs focusing on quality, capacity, and future design innovations
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Reliability Maintenance, Design, and Innovation Engineering teams
- Execute complex engineering program deliverables and operational goals
- Analyze performance dashboards and automation logs to drive strategic problem-solving
- Monitor and improve Material Handling Equipment performance across the network
A day in the life
Your day will be dynamic and impactful, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution. You might start by analyzing performance dashboards, then collaborate with cross-functional teams to design innovative material handling solutions. Some days will involve deep technical problem-solving, while others focus on stakeholder presentations and program coordination. Travel will be cyclical, aligned with key project milestones and implementation phases.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, mechanical, operations, supply chain, business administration, or equivalent STEM field
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field
- Experience in operational logistics/supply chain, manufacturing, transportation, general management or an engineering role
- Experience with Six Sigma, lean manufacturing
- Experience using MS Excel, MS Project, AutoCAD and commercial off-the-shelf technologies such as Tableau, SQL, or equivalent
- Experience designing complex systems for automation in logistics or manufacturing, or experience with product development in automotive, aerospace, automation equipment or related field
- Experience leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, realizing customer benefits, and successful program completion

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
