Job description

The Graduate Medical Education Senior Program Administrator manages all functions of Graduate Medical Education training programs offered at Temple University Hospital with minimal direction. This includes, but is not limited to: recruitment, orientation, graduation of house staff, medical licensure, employment requirements, and compliance with all hospital policies, Graduate Medical Education policies and specialty program requirements (ACGME and/or applicable education organizations). Support program service goals by organizing workload effectively and prioritizing assignments to meet deadlines.

Pays attention to details, completes follow-through, and maintains organizes record keeping systems. The Sr Program Administrator works with Program Leadership to improve and streamline processes, composes program policies, performs proactive data management functions, and trains Program Leadership in the use of the system.
