The Sanmina Fremont facility is a full-service enclosure systems solution manufacturing plant. Located in California's Silicon Valley, this facility produces low-to-mid volume New Product Introduction (NPI) runs to full-scale volume. The Fremont facility offers everything from small piece parts to fully integrated and tested systems.

In addition, this location offers in-house painting capabilities and flexible logistics solutions in distribution, inventory management and hubbing, as well as repair services. Job Purpose: The Sr. Program Administrator will assist in managing the business relationship between assigned customer(s) and the manufacturing facility to ensure that customer expectations are met to satisfaction.

This person will also participate in the sales order validation and booking process; maintaining customer backlog and electronic customer portals to collaborate and meet the required on-time delivery expectation. This individual will contribute to Invoicing tasks and resolve AR issues; drive E&O resolution and report key business indicators to the management team. Program Administrator is responsible to work within ERP and other databases and systems, generate and review planned output or other functional reports and provide input critical to operations of supplier / customer as applicable.

The Sr. Program Administrator will report to the Account Director and communicate directly with the customer; tend to the administrative duties of Quotations requested by the customer; process customer RMA(s) Order Entry and change notices along with other duties. Customer interface, typically in virtual meetings, is required on a regular basis.

This person must understand PO terms and Conditions as well as contractual obligations by all parties and ensure that they are fulfilled in compliance to regulatory and business standards. (e.g. payment, delivery, inv, etc)

Program Administrator is responsible to assist with understanding customer expectations and satisfying day-to-day requirements of select, strategic customer(s), whether internal or external. Nature of Duties/ Responsibilities: Interacts with customers, company sales and/or service representatives and handles a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions. The Sr.

Program Administrator will assist in managing the business relationship between assigned customer and the manufacturing facility to ensure that customer expectations are met and/or exceeded. This person will also contribute to order booking processes, and maintain the assigned portion of the customer backlog to meet required on time delivery. Resolution of AR issues and driving E&O results and reporting key business indicators are regular facets of the job/role.

The Sr. Program Administrator will be supporting all commercial aspects of the business including product margin, product pricing (Price effectivity, Inventory Revaluation), RMAs, and ECO's with the customer. This person must understand contractual obligations by all parties and ensure that they are fulfilled (e.g

payment, delivery, inv, etc) Updates databases with status of returned materials issues and accounts for returned inventory. Records and reports the status of equipment returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders and delivery schedules. Ensure service information accessible by sorting and filing documents/forms.

Outstanding email etiquette is required. Maintains records of returns, schedule changes, product enhancements or changes and product pricing, and resolves return credit problems. Support the business relationship between assigned customer(s) and the manufacturing facility ensuring that Customer Expectations are met and/or exceeded.

Support the Program Manager and Director in various aspects of commercial management of business relationship, including but not limited to review of Quotations requested vs. submitted; product margin, maintaining product price lists, (Price effectively, Inventory Re-valuation), Excess & Obsolete Material issues, Accounts Receivable Issues, with the customer. Understand the customer(s) contract terms and its implications on the order process.

Collaborate internally with Planning and externally with customers to align on supply/demand and drive system to appropriate run rates.
