Job Purpose The Sr. Program Administrator will provide customer support for a portfolio of accounts with varying degrees of complexity. Nature of Duties/Responsibilities The Sr.

Program Administrator will support sales, customer and plants to include, but not limited to: Accurate and timely data entry in Customer Service software programs - SCC quoting system, smart vault, SFTP3 (secure site), RMA System, ORACLE, etc. Writing up new orders, Change Orders, Credit & Rebills. Assisting Accounts Receivable, RMA processing and review customer Score Cards.

Facilitate customer and plant discussions with regard to problem solving. Post shipment follow up i.e. shipment information and payment resolution, status reports

Education and Experience 5+ years Customer Service experience preferred. Computer Skills - Oracle a plus, Excel intermediate skills necessary, 10 key by touch/fax/printers. Microsoft Office Skills (emphasis with Excel).

Ability to continually change priorities during daily activities. Detail oriented Excellent communication skills. Salary Range(annual): $63,800.00 - $76,876.00 Actual base pay within this range (determined at the offer stage) will be based on a candidate's years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, and skills, and is just one element of our total rewards package. The total rewards package also includes a variety of benefits, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business and, depending on the role, may include eligibility for restricted stock unit awards and participation in a discretionary bonus program.
