What You'll Do:  

  • Fill in and provide coverage for open and agreed upon shifts
  • Provide daily personal care support to residents including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene  
  • Follow resident care plans and complete appropriate documentation to support continuity of care 
  • Conduct regular rounds on residents to provide consistent, individualized support  
  • Assist residents during mealtimes and with mobility equipment 
  • Build meaningful connections with residents and work collaboratively with team members 


What You'll Need:  

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Current and active New Jersey CNA certification (required) 
  • At least 6 months experience working in long-term care setting (required)
  • Flu vaccination (required)
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
